We had purchased a new oil recovery truck from Youngs Tank in 2015. It has been a good experience with the truck so far until recently. There were some stress cracks forming at a bend in some of the piping. These were all manufactured pieces that the guys at Youngs weld together as needed per truck. So the problem was the manufacturer process and not anything they did. Anyhow, the ideal timing opened up and I took a 10 hour journey for them to fabricate us a replacement or two. I was there in the early AM, they made a jig, and welded us up some replacements in under 4 hours. The communication was excellent throughout the journey. From the initial problem all the way to heading back home. I have nothing but good to say about my experience.
